November 20th, 2014 Newsletter

November is Rotary Foundation:

Make your cheque out to the Rotary Club of Weyburn and our treasurer will get it to RI.

The Legion is creating a time capsule to be opened in 50 years.  They asked our club to include a banner and a list of our members.
The new way of doing 50/50 is very successful.  The pot is now at $228.50.
Orville Acton from Edward Jones was guest speaker.
Everyone was very excited to have visitor Chuck at the meeting.  He got lots of hugs and lots of hand shakes.  He doesn't look a day older than when he belonged to us!

Which one of these is a minister who took money from a first time visitor?
Vic is December Program Chair and here he looks like he's taking the job seriously.
Here's how he's really taking the job.
The Legion always provides a good meal.
And Tom always provides good music ... even when he makes us start over because we aren't in tune and we aren't in time to his playing.

Emilie enjoyed the perogies at the Curling Rink on Thursday night.
