Sorry, I was so excited to see Myron at our meeting that I forgot to take a photo of him.  Myron, we were all glad to see you and we wish you continued recovery.

I think Tom is the last of our snowbirds to return home.  We're glad everyone had safe, fun holidays.

April got out the big money to pay for her meal.


Maureen congratulates Bev on her 25 years with Rotary.
We were all happy to see our friend and fellow Rotarian Gordon Liddle.
Emilie continues to sell wheat bags.  She will be selling them again at this Thursday's meeting. They each cost $15.

Don Hansen was a guest at last week's meeting.
The Rotarian wearing this shoe is back from three months down south.

It was our pleasure to celebrate Bev's 25 years of Rotary and to hear her reminisces as well as Gordon Liddle's  Gordon was president of the club 25 yars ago.

We had an excellent golf ball sorting morning at Darryll's with many Rotarians coming out.
Thanks to Denis and Darryll for once again heading up this major fundraiser which will be on August 8th.  They make the rest of the job so easy for the rest of us!

April 9th:  Bev Hansen - celebrating 25 years with Rotary
April 16th:  Emilie's presentation on Belgium (evening meeting with cocktails at 5:30 
and meal at 6:30... downstairs at the Legion)
April 23rd:  Matthew Warren talking about South Hill spray park

Emilie is now selling her wheat bags at $15/bag.  Please support this fundraiser as some of it goes to the charity Exchange Students support and some goes to her Western Trip.  As well, don't miss next Thursday's evening meeting where she will do her presentation on Belgium.  The Legion will prepare the meal but Emilie and her volunteers will make the peach sauce for the french fries and will make incredible Belgian desserts.  This is another fundraiser for Emilie.

Diane has done a great job of finding this month's speakers.  Come out to hear them.

Congratulations to Deana who won the Quota International Woman of the Year in Community Service.  It was well deserved.
Keep trying your luck at the 50/50.  Less than half the cards are left and the pot is over $540.
It's good to see many of our winter escapees back.  Here's Vance.

Deana gave her vocational talk and she brought her IT person, her daughter Ambria.


Bev's guest was her cousin's granddaughter Benedicte from Norway.


Vic's guest was his daughter Andrea.
At the March 18th meeting, President Dale presented a $1500 cheque to David Harazny, Recruitment Manager for South East Regional College.  The cheque is for scholarships.
